Control4 Upgrades in Hartland, WI
If your Control4 system still runs on an old HC series controller, an HC-250, HC-500, or HC-800, it is stuck on Smart Home OS 2. That is not a guess about your specific system, it is a hardware limit: HC-200 through HC-1000 controllers cannot run OS 3 at all, and Control4 is retiring OS 2's remote access and cloud services on November 1, 2026. Local control at the keypads, remotes, and touchscreens keeps working after that date. Away-from-home app access, push notifications, voice control, Intercom Anywhere, and remote dealer support do not.
That is the upgrade this page is for: replacing an aging controller and bringing a Hartland home's lighting, climate, shades, cameras, and audio back under one system that a phone can reach from anywhere again. The work is design and installation done by Out of Sight Home Technologies, a certified Control4 dealer based in Waukesha, for homes across Hartland and the surrounding Lake Country villages.
Call the number at the top of this page, or send the three fields below: your name, a phone number or email, and a line about what you are planning. A consultation starts the same evaluation every project gets, a look at the current controller, the network, and the rooms in use, before anything is proposed.
No prices are published on this site. What drives the cost of a given upgrade is covered plainly on the Investment page, including the real Control4 hardware generation table that shows what a current controller replaces.
